2. Shipping methods
Shipping methods are specific to the country of destination. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
For country-specific delivery times, please go to the checkout page and select your shipping destination.
Please note: The estimated delivery time is from the day the order has been shipped. The order may take 1-2 weekdays to process before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will detail tracking information. Once your order reaches its destination country it becomes the responsibility of the national postal service in that country. AllMatters cannot control, cancel or edit your shipment once it has been shipped out. For further information regarding your order once it has arrived in its destination country please refer to your national postal service’s website. *For DHL Express shipments, orders are processed on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
We cannot change your delivery address after your order is placed, so please make sure it is correct.
All orders outside the EU and the US are potentially subject to customs and import duties. We advise that you check with your customs authority for more details. AllMatters cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred due to customs and import duties. This responsibility lies solely with the customer.
We offer the following shipping methods:
EU COUNTRIES (Except Denmark)
Mail Tracked: 4-12 weekdays.
DHL Express: 1-5 weekdays.
• All orders to EU countries are sorted and dispatched by Deutsche Post DHL Group in Denmark/Germany and transferred to the local postal service of the country of destination for delivery.
• Origin of shipping: All orders within the EU are shipped from Denmark via Frankfurt, Germany. *For DHL Express orders, please see below.
Mail Tracked: 4-40 weekdays + time for Customs processing*.
• All orders to non-EU countries are sorted and dispatched by Deutsche Post
• DHL Group in Denmark/Germany and transferred to the local postal service of the country of destination for delivery.
• Origin of shipping: All orders outside the EU (except Canada and USA) are shipped from Denmark via Frankfurt, Germany.
*Dependent on shipment country. Customs processing and clearance times can vary greatly – we advise customers to direct all inquiries regarding customs to the local postal service of the country of destination or refer to tracking information online.
UPS Mail Innovations Tracked: 4-7 weekdays.
• All orders to the USA are delivered by UPS and are traceable via UPS.
• Origin of shipping: All orders to the USA are fulfilled and shipped from NY, USA via UPS.
UPS Mail Innovations International Tracked: 4-13 weekdays + time for customs processing*.
• All orders to Canada are delivered by UPS and are traceable via UPS.
• Origin of shipping: All orders to Canada are fulfilled and shipped from NY, USA via UPS.

We offer DHL Express service for select countries around the world. These orders are traceable via DHL Express. Please note that delivery times are estimated in working days. If an order is placed on a weekend, then it will be shipped out on the next working day.
You can choose from the following payment methods on our website:
Credit/Debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or MobilePay (for those based in Denmark).
Your order will be processed after we have received the payment. If you pay via bank transfer, you will be required to pay within a limited time-frame. Payment received after the deadline will automatically be refunded, and your order will be cancelled.
We only offer a select few currencies on our website. If you are located in the US, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden or Denmark, the website should automatically detect your local currency and update it (the website uses the billing address to display the local currency in these countries). Otherwise, the website will use EUR as the standard currency, which we unfortunately cannot change. Prices in local currencies depend on your bank’s exchange rate. Please get in touch with your bank for more specific information about this.
4. Cancellation & Editing orders
It is crucial to double-check your email information and shipping address before checking out. We cannot guarantee that we can edit orders once they have been shipped.
AllMatters do not guarantee that we can cancel or edit your order before it has been shipped. Processing time is around 20 minutes during work hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (CEST). Should you wish to cancel a shipped order then please send an email within 14 days of placing the order to firstname.lastname@example.org and state that you wish to cancel your order.
According to EU law, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase up to 14 days after receiving their purchase. The customer must inform AllMatters ApS via e-mail of their wish to do so latest 14 days after receiving the order. The products must then be returned to AllMatters ApS, which the customer bears the cost for. After the products have been returned, the customer will receive a refund for their purchase, including any original shipping costs.
The AllMatters Menstrual cups, Menstrual Cup Wash, OrganiWipes, Powder-to-Foam Hand Wash and Powder-to-Foam Body Wash are all covered by the exception in Article 16(d) and 16(e) of the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, whereby products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or which cannot be resold once opened, are exempted from the right to withdrawal once the product is opened or the seal is broken.
In order to be refunded for your cancelled order you must return the unopened order to AllMatters ApS, Ryesgade 23, 2nd floor. Copenhagen 2200, Denmark. The customer should expect to pay for shipment fees. Please note that the cost of sending the order back to AllMatters is solely the customer’s responsibility. You have the right to get a full refund from your cancelled purchase within 14 days of ordering, providing that the goods are unopened and unused.
5. Cup Satisfaction Guarantee
In our experience, it can take up to three menstrual cycles to become entirely comfortable using the AllMatters menstrual cup. Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee in case you are not satisfied with it after 90 days. The satisfaction guarantee cannot be claimed before the 90 days have passed since the original order was placed.
Our Cup Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to receive a free size exchange and/or a full refund of the product (excl. shipping cost and handling fee).
Our Cup Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to these terms and conditions:
It only applies to the following products: AllMatters Menstrual Cup Size Mini, AllMatters Menstrual Cup Size A and AllMatters Menstrual Cup Size B.
You may claim the guarantee 90 days after the purchase date. You are only entitled to one size exchange and one refund per order.
The Cup Satisfaction Guarantee is valid one year from the purchase date.
The Cup Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you have purchased the AllMatters Menstrual Cup directly from us or from any of our retailers. It is required that you provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt, screenshot of order confirmation or bank statement detailing the AllMatters Menstrual Cup transaction).
Our decision on all matters relating to the satisfaction guarantee is final. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions or discontinue the guarantee at any time. If we discontinue the Cup Satisfaction Guarantee guarantee, we will still process all eligible purchases made prior to the guarantee being discontinued.
In order to claim the satisfaction guarantee, you must fill out the following form and send it to email@example.com.
6. Exchanges and refunds
Your refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card than the one used to place the order. Refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party.
We will not refund any shipping costs/import tax incurred by you in receiving an order; the prices shown on our website do not include local taxes or import fees. We are not able to refund you for these fees.
If you purchased a product in conjunction with a promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we pay to you under the guarantee.
If you have bought an AllMatters product in store or from an external online retailer and wish to claim a refund then a transfer will be made to your bank account. This is subject to the customer providing their bank transfer details. Please note that AllMatters cannot be held responsible for, and will not cover, banking fees incurred as a result of this refund.
We do not refund OrganiWipes purchases unless they are unopened and unused. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept Menstrual Cup Wash returns and will only provide refunds in this case if the Menstrual Cup Wash is defective or faulty, subject to cancellation policy within 14 days after placing the order.
6.1 Purchases from external retailers
You accept that if you purchase an AllMatters product from an external online retailer that you will be subject to the terms and conditions from that website. Purchases from stores and external online retailers are still eligible for a refund or size exchange under the terms of our Cup Satisfaction Guarantee. The customer must provide proof of purchase if they wish to claim the Cup Satisfaction Guarantee. This can be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation or bank statement.
6.2 Promotional campaigns and discounts
When purchasing a product from AllMatters during a promotional period, or with a special promotional discount code, please note that it is NOT possible to use several promotions in conjunction with each other unless otherwise specified in the promotional period.
The promotional code that was applied prior to checkout, will be the one that is applied to the order.
It is up to the customer to double-check which offer they are being entitled to and to review their order prior to checkout. AllMatters cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred due to improper use of promotional codes by the customer. AllMatters reserves the right not to partially or fully refund the customer due to the customer having forgotten or misused a promotional code.
7.1 Faulty, defective or damaged products
If you receive a faulty, defective or damaged product then subject to agreement by AllMatters, the issue will be resolved according to AllMatters’ discretion; primarily by the customer receiving a replacement product. You also agree that the AllMatters Menstrual Cup is subject to normal wear and tear and we cannot be held liable for damages due to wear and tear. We cannot accept the return of any products that have been used. According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, AllMatters ApS will firstly offer a replacement product where this is possible and otherwise a price reduction or reimbursement. According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, the consumer has a two-year warranty on defects of the product. This covers defects that were present at the time of purchase, or where the cause of the defect was present, and not defects that have occurred later, or defects caused by the customers misuse of the product.
AllMatters Menstrual Cup can be used with an IUD, but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor and/or gynaecologist prior to use and thoroughly reading our in-depth article on the matter: IUD and the menstrual cup.
Correct use of the AllMatters Menstrual Cup is breaking the suction seal and then removing the AllMatters Menstrual Cup. Through correct use of the AllMatters Menstrual Cup, it is then possible to wear an IUD and use an AllMatters Menstrual Cup.
To our, and our consultant’s knowledge, there is no scientific evidence that shows that a menstrual cup can interfere with a fitted IUD or dislodge it.
AllMatters cannot be held responsible for any kind of IUD errors or failings, or the consequences of such a failing, including it being dislodged, and does not offer any kind of compensation in such case.
TSS is a rare, but very serious condition. It is a complication of bacterial infections, which has been associated with the use of tampons. However, it is not restricted to women or the use of tampons. In order to get TSS, a person needs to have a specific strain of staph bacteria (staphylococcus aureus) in their body. It is possible to contract TSS when using a cup although it is extremely rare. To reduce the risk, we recommend:
- Sanitize your AllMatters Menstrual Cup before using it at the beginning of every period. This must be done by either boiling the cup for 2-3 minutes or by using sterilising wipes such as OrganiWipes.
- Remove your AllMatters Menstrual Cup every 8-12 hours during your period and wash it thoroughly before reinserting
- Do not use the AllMatters Menstrual Cup or any internal vaginal devices if you have previously been diagnosed with TSS
- Wash your hands every time you handle the AllMatters Menstrual Cup
We, AllMatters, cannot be held liable for any cases of TSS linked to the use of the cup.
7.4 Allergic reactions
We take the safety of the cup very seriously, and all our products carry the AllergyCertified label, which means the organisation has gone through each of the product’s ingredients and verified that there is a minimal risk of developing allergies or irritations due to usage.
However, if one does develop an allergic reaction, AllMatters cannot be held responsible, and does not offer any kind of compensation in such a case.
7.5 Force Majeure
AllMatters cannot be held responsible for an unforeseen event of force majeure and as such is not contractually bound to fulfill its obligations.
8. Support and guidance from AllMatters
The information on our website is solely intended to be product related guidance. Our support staff can only rely on the information you have provided them and can only guide you on product related queries. If you have doubts or questions of a medical nature then we strongly recommended talking to your doctor or gynaecologist to properly assess whether a menstrual cup is a suitable and safe product for you. AllMatters cannot be held responsible for any advice given by third parties on forums or social media about the AllMatters Menstrual Cup.
Disputes on matters regarding the purchase and use of AllMatters ApS products should first be attempted resolved directly with the company. This can be done via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Disputes can alternatively be resolved through arbitration.
If we agree to waive any of, or any part of, these Terms then that waiver must be in writing to be effective. Any waiver by us of any of, or any part of, these Terms will not be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of these Terms and failure, neglect or delay by you or us to enforce these Terms (or any of them) or any rights or remedies at any time will not be deemed to be a waiver of the rights under these Terms.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Referral Program is final and no correspondence will be entered into. AllMatters reserves the right to cancel the AllMatters Referral Program or to change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
The Referral Program allows registered AllMatters customers (the “Referrer”) to donate free AllMatters Menstrual Cups (the “Cup donation”) to our partner NGO’s (the “Partners) and give a promotional reward discount (the “Referred Customer Discount” by referring friends or family members (the “Referred customers”) to AllMatters through a personal referral link.
Entry, eligibility and rights
Only registered AllMatters customers are eligible to enter the Referral Program. Entries are only applicable via the account page at allmatters.com. Entries are limited to individuals only not businesses. We do not accept self-referral by using a different email address or distributing the Referred Customer Discount via paid advertisement, spam or deal sites.
For the Referrer to earn a Cup Donation, a Referred Customer has to click on the Referrer’s personal referral link to allmatters.com and place an order during the same session. The Cup Donation will be granted to the Partners within a non-binding time frame of 6 months from the time of the purchase. The Referrer will be able to see the number of Referred Customers that have successfully used their referral link and hence the number of Cup donations, as soon as the orders have been completed. The Referrer must comply with all relevant spam laws and marketing regulation when sharing their personal referral link.
In order to receive the Referred Customer Discount, the Referred Customer has to click on the Referrer’s personal referral link and place an order on organicup.com during the same session. The Referred Customer Discount will be automatically applied to the order and is valid for one-time use only. The Referred Customer Discount is non-transferable, not valid for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. The Referred Customer Discount can only be redeemed at organicup.com only and may not be applied to any prior purchases.
AllMatters shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages or losses suffered or incurred by any party as a result of the use of the Product or the Referral Program. AllMatters is not responsible for errors, delays or failures of operations. AllMatters reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customers if they breach any of these Terms.
Entering the Referral Program entails agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless AllMatters, its partners, and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, counsels, successors, and assigns from and against any loss, cost, damage, expense, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any and all claims, including third party claims, that result from or relate to AllMatters’ negligence or willful misconduct, or the manufacturing of the Products. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the Terms will be based on the law of Denmark and the Courts of Denmark will have exclusive jurisdiction.
